After 25 years in corporate retail, I learned a thing or two about what makes a great shop—and, more importantly, what makes a great customer experience. The biggest lesson? Listen to your customers. Pay attention to what they love, what they need, and what they're actually looking for.

And then give it to them—without cutting corners.
